📋 What You Should Gather

1️⃣ Your Credit Reports (Most Recent)

Please obtain copies from all three credit bureaus if available:

• Equifax
• Experian
• TransUnion

For our initial review accept reports from Credit Karma and other providers.

2️⃣ Highlight the Errors

On each report, identify:

• Accounts that do not belong to you
• Incorrect balances or payment history
• Accounts that should be closed or removed
• Duplicate tradelines
• Outdated or re-aged accounts

3️⃣ Any Dispute Letters You’ve Already Sent

If you previously disputed errors, please locate:

• Copies of dispute letters
• Confirmation emails
• Certified mail receipts
• Online dispute confirmations

4️⃣ Responses From Credit Bureaus or Background Check Companies

Provide any:

• Updated credit reports after disputes
• Investigation results
• Verification letters
• “No change” responses

Background Check & Tenant Screening Report Errors

1️⃣If your issue involves a background report, please gather:

• Copy of the background report
• Job application or employer notice
• Adverse action letters
• Emails or notices explaining denial or delay

2️⃣ Proof of Harm or Impact

Helpful examples include:

• Loan or credit denial letters
• Job rejection emails
• Apartment rental denials
• Increased interest rate notices
• Insurance denial or premium increases
